She has been so helpful from the beginning the process of buying our first home was overwhelming stressful. It was in the mist of the craze market buyers were offering over appraisal and asking price. Barbra helped us with looking into first time home buyers programs and other assistance programs. She never gave up on us even after 10+ sellers choosing other buyers. She was very reassuring that we were sticking to what we wanted and not to deviate from that even though we were not getting chosen. She was always so flexible and communication was always great. Of course top notch realtor services only one name came to mind Barbra. We called her and told her we wanted to move and purchase another home. She of course said I will take care of it. She walked us thru the process of listing our home got everything ready and when pictures were done she showed us the listing before posting and I immediately had second thoughts. Barbra assured me and informed me that was normal and told me there was still time to back out if that what we decided. After communicating with my Husband we listed. She was so patient with us when I say that we had no idea as to location we were all over the map she never gripped or complained. We went sometime is 3 hrs oposite directions not in the same day of course but that how in the wind we were location wise. Barbra has always been professional and cautious of time. She even (worked her magic ) a few times squeezes in other showing as I would like one while driving. Now moving from a small space to a house was easy but a whole house to another whole house that was a hot mess! Barbra worked it out and got us more time to move out. Our third and most recent interaction was beyond stressful. We were moving out of state and again we knew without a doubt that we were going to ask Barbra again for help. She of course said yes logistics were horrible but not on her end it was more the moving out of state portion. She again did everything flawlessly she took pictures, got us all ready to list but since we were moving to a state that wasn’t as busy we asked her to hold off on listing till we found a house and an offer was accepted. She of course said yes and helped us work thru the logistics on her side. She helped and answered every question with as much information as she could every single time. We found a realtor on our own in the other state and let me tell you we switched 2 times because the quality could not compare to what we had been spoiled with Barbra. We didn't know that she could connect us with someone in the other state. Once she did things finally fell into place and again at no fault to Barbra it was stressful. She held our had thru our entire process every single time. All in all you will not find another realtor more informative, professional, patient, understanding, caring, and attentive than Barbra. We are beyond pleased with her for all her hard work she deserves every penny. She even gave us amazing perks for being repeat customer of hers.
